Skate Biz Adult Hockey School is designed for players that range in experience from beginner to intermediate, who want to work on their skill development.

They say that "practice makes perfect" but not many teams hold practices, and practicing on your own without qualified instruction can be both boring and of little benefit.

We focus on all aspects of the game such as skating, stick handling, shooting and passing.
